Food Vendor Booth Opportunities  (limited to 7 vendors)

 

All FOOD Booths include:

* Specified electrical power: 120v

* On-site security throughout the event.

* Opportunity to promote your company through coupons, menus, and

promotional materials.

   

Specialty Booths (1 only)                                       

Main Kitchen                                                              

         Includes use of full commercial kitchen for Two days of festival;

         Includes single phase 120V and 220 V power           $350                           

 

Standard Indoor Booths  (6 only)

         Includes approximately 85 TO 95 SQ FEET booth space with single phase,

         120V of electrical power.          $150 single booth,     $300 double booth.

Main Kitchen Only - $100 deposit must be submitted with application by check or money order.  

 

 ______  Standard (single)                   

Single:  $150 due with application.  10% discount if in by June 30, 2003.  After Sept 1, 2003, $25 late fee.

 

____ Standard (double)                   

Single:  $300 due with application.  10% discount if in by June 30, 2003.  After Sept 1, 2003, $25 late fee.

 

       Food Vendor Application will not be considered until deposit is received.  Booth fee Balance is due September 1, 2003.  Vendors that are not accepted will be notified by August 1, 2003 and Deposit returned.  Vendor fees paid after September 1st  will subject to $25 late fee.  10% discount if paid in full by June 30, 2003.
